Connection Method
The bag filter housing connects to the customer’s pipeline via a flange connection. Follow the directional arrow marked on the filter housing body to ensure correct flow direction during installation.

Quick Opening Mechanism
This bag filter adopts a quick-opening design that significantly reduces downtime. It features a spring-assisted weight-balanced mechanism, making the top cover virtually weightless. The cover can be easily opened or closed by hand with a gentle push or pull, allowing for fast and convenient bag replacement or cleaning.

Filtration Process

The bag filter is an essential component in production processes, typically installed at the inlet of equipment to eliminate impurities from the medium. This protects downstream valves and equipment and ensures their proper functioning.

When fluid enters the housing, it flows through the filter bag, where impurities are retained, while the clean filtrate exits through the outlet—providing reliable filtration for the system.
Once the filter bag has accumulated a certain amount of debris, the top cover can be opened for bag replacement or cleaning. The process is low-cost and easy to operate.
