Working Principle:

The bag filter is installed at the front end of the inlet pipeline of each matched valve to protect equipment on the pipeline from wear and blockage. When the medium enters the filter, it passes through the filter bag into the connected valve, while impurities remain inside the cylinder, preventing the valve from malfunctioning due to impurities getting stuck.

The bag filter is a pressure-type filtration device. The liquid flows into the filter bag from the side of the filter machine, and the filter bag itself is installed inside the reinforcement net. The liquid permeates through the filter bag of the required precision grade to obtain qualified filtrate, and impurity particles are captured by the filter bag. The replacement of filter bags is convenient, and the filtration process has minimal material consumption.

Notes:

The bag filter needs to be cleaned after the initial period of use to remove impurities accumulated on the filter bag during the initial operation of the system.

After the filter has been in operation for a certain period, impurities will deposit inside the filter bag, resulting in increased pressure and decreased flow rate. At this time, it should be cleaned promptly.
