The quick-opening bag filter adopts the side-in and bottom-out method (the side-in and side-out method can also be used), and the filtering liquid medium is pressed or pumped into the barrel of the quick-opening bag filter through the pressure in the pipeline. The liquid is filtered through the filter bag supported by the electropolished punching support filter basket, resulting in the ideal solid-liquid separation to achieve the effect of the liquid medium being filtered. Different filtration precision depend on the filter bags of different precision. Since the liquid medium enters the filter and flows from the top of the filter bag, the liquid can be evenly distributed on the filtering surface of the entire filter bag, so that the fluid distribution in the entire layer is basically constant and consistent, the negative impact of turbulence is small, and the filtering effect is good.

The quick-opening multi-bag filter is specially designed for customers who pay attention to efficiency, safety and durability, which is different from the traditional bolt-fixed bag filter. The upper cover can be opened and closed by shaking the quick-close transmission shaft, instead of screwing or tightening dozens or even dozens of bolts in sequence to realize the opening and closing of the cover like the traditional bolt-fixed cover. Very convenient and quick to open and close the cover. The filter bag can be replaced quickly, reducing the labor intensity of the operator.

Structure and operating principles:

The quick-opening bag filter adds a quick switch mechanism and a balance mechanism on the basis of the original multi-bag machine, and the operation is simple and fast. It overcomes the tedious and lengthy problems of changing bags of ordinary multi-bag filters in the past. The spring-assisted balance mechanism makes the top cover stop at any angle from 0 to 105 degrees, which is safe and reliable. The quick switch mechanism guarantees the simplest, easiest to use and safest operating system, minimizing downtime, boosting productivity and reducing operating costs. The unique pressure ring ensures the sealing of the filter bag. The exclusive balance mechanism makes opening and closing of the top cover a breeze. Compact design minimizes fluid loss. The quick-opening bag filter is a pressure-type filtering device, which is mainly composed of a filter cylinder body, a filter cylinder cover, a quick-opening mechanism, a stainless steel filter bag reinforcing mesh and other main components. The filtrate flows into the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. Filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing mesh basket, and the qualified filtrate can be obtained after the liquid penetrates the filter bag of the required fineness grade, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and there is basically no material consumption during filtration process.
