Filter bags, as filtering consumables, are widely used in industrial production, with large demand and promising market prospects. Different types of filter bags are required in various industry sectors. The following are classifications of filter bags:

  1. Shape Classification: Filter bags can be categorized into flat bags and round bags based on their shape.

  2. Filtering Method Classification: Filter bags can be classified into external filtration and internal filtration based on their filtering method.

  3. Material Classification: Liquid filter bag consumables generally include nylon, stainless steel, non-woven fabric, and absorbent cotton as the four most common types.

Temperature Resistance Classification: Environmental filter bags can be divided into high-temperature, medium-temperature, and normal-temperature types according to their temperature resistance capabilities. Applications include iron and steel plants, ferroalloy plants, refractory plants, foundries, power plants, cement plants, chemical plants, grain processing plants, carbon black plants, aluminum plants, etc.

  2. Air Inlet and Outlet Classification: Environmental filter bags are classified into downward air inlet and upward air outlet, upward air inlet and downward air outlet, and direct current type (limited to flat bag) according to the method of air inlet and outlet.

  3. Cross-sectional Shape Classification: Environmental filter bags are classified into flat bags (trapezoidal and flat) and round bags (cylindrical) based on the cross-sectional shape.

  4. Filtering Method Classification: Environmental filter bags are classified into external filtration and internal filtration based on the filtering method.

  5. Ash Cleaning Method Classification: They can be classified into five major categories: mechanical vibration, nozzle back blowing, compartment back blowing, combined vibration and back blowing, and pulse jet blowing.
