Filter Bag Sealing Methods:

There are two common sealing methods for filter bags: heat-welded (thermal bonding) and stitched (sewn).

For high-pressure environments, stitched sealing is more durable and provides better resistance to breakage, making it the preferred choice under such conditions.

Filter Bag Ring Types:

The ring (collar) at the opening of the filter bag is also a key factor to consider. Common materials include:

Stainless Steel Ring: Highly wear-resistant and heat-resistant, ideal for high-temperature or high-humidity applications.
Galvanized Iron Ring: Offers good rust resistance, suitable for general conditions.
Plastic Ring: Resistant to acids and alkalis, making it suitable for corrosive environments.
Drawstring Type: Provides flexible installation, often used in specific or custom setups.

Select the ring material based on the working environment and chemical compatibility of your application.
