The Duplex Bag Filter is a filtration system composed of two stainless steel bag filters connected in parallel. It features a novel and rational design, excellent sealing performance, high flow capacity, and user-friendly operation.

Structural Features:

The equipment is entirely made of stainless steel, consisting of two vertical filter bodies welded as a single-layer structure with polished internal and external surfaces.
A vent valve is installed at the top for air release during operation.
Inside each filter housing is a stainless steel perforated support basket that holds the filter bag.
The cover is connected to the housing using a quick-open design for easy cleaning and filter replacement.
Three adjustable legs allow the filter unit to be placed steadily on the floor.
The inlet and outlet piping connections use union or clamp connections, while the valves are operated with three-way ball valves—ensuring pressure and temperature resistance, flexible operation, and hygienic performance with no leakage of the filtered liquid.

Working Principle:

The system adopts a side-in bottom-out (or top-in bottom-out) flow direction. Under pipeline pressure, the liquid medium is either pushed or drawn into the filter housing. The medium passes through the filter bag, which is supported by a perforated stainless steel basket, achieving efficient solid-liquid separation and delivering the desired filtration result.
Different filtration precisions can be achieved by using filter bags with varying micron ratings.
