2. Pressurized Filtration Technology for Non-standard Bag Filter

Compared with atmospheric filtration, pressurized filtration can effectively overcome the flow resistance of high-viscosity materials. By increasing system pressure, the material is forced through the filtration media, greatly accelerating the filtration rate.

Operating pressure is typically controlled within 0.3–0.6 MPa and can be adjusted based on material viscosity to achieve a stable and continuous filtration process.


3. Temperature Control Strategy

Pre-heating Treatment:
Before entering the filter, the material can be pre-heated to reduce viscosity. For example, resin can be heated to 40–60°C before filtration, reducing viscosity to one-tenth or even lower.

Continuous Heat Preservation:
Temperature should be maintained throughout the filtration system and conveying pipelines to prevent viscosity from rising again due to temperature drop, which can lead to clogging.
