7. Reassembly

Carefully place the cleaned and inspected filter bag back into the filter basket, ensuring that the bag opening is properly aligned and securely fixed to the basket’s structure.

Close the drain valve and reinstall the filter housing cover, ensuring a proper seal. If necessary, replace the sealing ring or apply sealant.

Open the inlet and outlet valves gradually, slowly restoring the upstream water supply. Check all connections for leaks. If no abnormalities are found, gradually restore normal operating pressure and flow rate.

8. Recording and Monitoring

Document the cleaning process, including the cleaning agents used and the condition of the filter bag after cleaning, as part of the equipment maintenance records.

Closely monitor the operating pressure, flow rate, and filtration performance of the filter for a period after cleaning to ensure satisfactory results.
