A duplex bag filter housing is a system composed of two or more filters connected in parallel. One feed pump simultaneously delivers liquid to multiple filters, providing high flow capacity. When performing maintenance on a single unit or replacing filter bags and elements, simply operate the ball valves without shutting down the feed pump, ensuring continuous 24-hour operation. This design makes the system easy to operate.

Advantages of the Duplex Bag Filter:

The filter uses two three-way ball valves to assemble two single-cylinder filters on a common base, allowing them to switch between each other. Cleaning the filter does not require stopping the system, ensuring uninterrupted production.

The filter elements can be made of stainless steel mesh or high-quality honeycomb degreased cotton fiber, which can filter particles larger than 1μm. This filter can also be used as a single-cylinder unit by removing the common base, with other dimensions unchanged.

The inner and outer surfaces are polished, and the filter cartridge contains a filter bag and a support basket. The top is equipped with an air vent valve to release air during filtration. The lid is connected to the filter cartridge using a quick-opening structure for easier cleaning and filter bag replacement.

The three adjustable legs allow the filter to be placed steadily on the ground. The piping connections use quick-connect or clamp fittings, and the inlet and outlet valves use three-way ball valves for easy operation, pressure resistance, and temperature resistance, ensuring no leakage of materials or liquids and improving hygiene.
