Pretreatment Recommendation for Bag Filter
If the material contains a large amount of coarse particles (e.g., ≥100 μm), it is recommended to install a coarse filtration device (such as a basket filter or a standard bag filter) upstream of the high-precision filter. This prevents rapid clogging of the high-precision filter bag and helps reduce operating costs.

Filter Bag Replacement Timing

When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the preset value (typically 0.1–0.15 MPa), the filter bag should be replaced promptly to avoid excessive resistance, which may cause bag damage or a sudden drop in flow.
During replacement, ensure the interior of the filter is cleaned thoroughly to prevent residual impurities from contaminating the new filter bag.

Avoid Over-Temperature and Over-Pressure

The temperature and pressure resistance of high-precision filter bags are limited by their material (e.g., PP filter bags may deform at temperatures above 80°C). Strict control of material temperature and system pressure is required; otherwise, filtration accuracy may be compromised.
