The Single Bag Filter Housing is a new type of filtration system. Inside the filter machine, a metal mesh basket supports the filter bag. Liquid flows in from the inlet, passes through the filter bag, and exits from the outlet. Impurities are intercepted in the filter bag, and the system can continue to be used after replacing the filter bag.

The Single Bag Filter Housing can be further divided into side-entry bag filters, top-entry bag filters, stainless steel bag filters, and plastic bag filters.

Top-Entry Single Bag Filter Housing

It adopts the most traditional top-entry and low-exit filtration method of bag filters, allowing the liquid to flow from a high position to a low position. The filter bag is not affected by turbulent flow, improving the filtration efficiency and lifespan of the filter bag.

Stainless Steel Single Bag Filter Housing

It has many advantages, such as simple and reasonable structure, good sealing, strong flow capacity, and easy operation. In particular, the filter bag has a low side leakage rate, accurately ensuring filtration accuracy, and facilitating quick filter bag replacement. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are treated with mechanical sandblasting and polishing, making it uniform and easy to clean. Stainless steel filters can also be provided with heating sleeve forms, adjustable support stands, or hooks according to customer requirements to meet different usage needs.
