Polyester antistatic dust filter bags are commonly used in industrial environments across various industries, including metallurgy, chemicals, construction materials, smelting, power generation, ceramics, machinery, mining, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, dyes, and food processing. The fabric is made from polyester fibers on a base cloth, which is woven from high-strength, low-elongation yarn through a needle-punching process.

The PPS high-temperature and corrosion-resistant needle-punched felt dust filter bag is made using imported PPS fibers. Due to its acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature performance, wear resistance, and crease resistance, this composite felt can withstand temperatures of up to 170°C to 200°C for short periods, making it suitable for filtering flue gases with high sulfur content in thermal power plants, waste incineration, and coal-fired boilers. Key features of the PPS high-temperature needle-punched felt bag include a continuous working temperature of up to 190°C and an instantaneous temperature of 220°C. It can be used in both oxygen-rich and acidic/alkaline environments, but the temperature must be controlled within an appropriate range to avoid hydrolysis and acid/alkali corrosion.
