The Duplex Bag Filter Housing, also known as a Parallel Switching Filter, utilizes two three-way ball valves to connect two single-cylinder filters on one base. This design allows for cleaning the filter without stopping the operation, ensuring continuous work. It is the preferred filtration device for non-stop production lines, featuring reasonable assembly, excellent structure, and easy operation.

Installation and Maintenance:

Installation: The Duplex Bag Filter Housing should be installed horizontally, typically with top inlet and bottom outlet configurations.
Maintenance: After operating for a certain period, the filter basket will accumulate a significant amount of impurities, increasing the pressure drop and reducing flow rate. At this point, it is necessary to switch to the other cylinder for continued filtration.
Cleaning: When cleaning impurities, take special care not to deform or damage the stainless steel mesh on the filter element. Any deformation or damage will result in the filter failing to meet the designed purity level, potentially causing damage to compressors, pumps, instruments, and other equipment.
Replacement: If the filter basket is found to be deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
