How to Maintain a Bag Filter

Regularly check if all the connecting pipes on the bag filter are secure, and ensure there are no leaks or damage.

Do not open the cover of the bag filter while it is under pressure, as the remaining liquid might spray out, causing liquid loss and potential injury.
Inspect the inlet and outlet valves of the bag filter to ensure they are tightly closed. Check the pressure gauge to confirm that the internal pressure is at 0. At this point, the bag filter should be isolated from the piping system. Open the drain valve and wait until the remaining liquid has drained completely before opening the cover.
Open the filter cover correctly by unscrewing the lifting cap, lifting the cover, and turning it at an appropriate angle.
Check the O-ring and the O-ring groove on the filter: if the O-ring is deformed, scratched, cracked, or if there are issues at the joint, replace it with new parts.
When replacing the filter bag: if using a stitched filter bag, fold the stitched edge before placing it in the filter housing to improve the filtration effect. Position the filter bag so that the bag's ring opening aligns with the metal inner basket's collar.
Hold the handle of the cover with one hand and grab the other end of the cover with the other hand. Align the cover with the bag filter opening, slowly lower it, and let it naturally press down on the O-ring and the filter bag's ring opening. Tighten the lifting cap bolts evenly.

Replacing the Filter Bag

First, close the inlet valve and open the exhaust valve to reduce the pressure inside the filter to normal.
Open the four sets of eyebolt screws on the top cover and remove the top cover.
Open the clamp ring securing the filter bag, remove the clogged filter bag, and replace it with a new one.
Close the top cover and tighten the four sets of eyebolt screws.
Open the inlet valve, and close the exhaust valve once liquid flows out of it.
