The high-flow bag filter is a versatile filtration device characterized by a reasonable structure, easy and flexible operation, energy efficiency, high performance, broad application range, and strong adaptability. It comes in two structural forms: top-inlet and side-inlet. With precision polishing and high-pressure shot blasting, the internal and external surfaces are smoother, easier to clean, retain less residual liquid, and allow for convenient filter bag replacement.

Single-Bag Clamp Type / Single-Bag Flat Type:
Designed with a pressure rating of 0.4-1MPa, this type is cost-effective compared to top-in single-bag filters and is suitable for less demanding applications, such as raw water filtration and beverage clarification. Available in sizes 1, 2, 3, and 4, with adjustable installation height to accommodate specific space requirements.
Single-Bag Bent Pipe Top-In Type:
With a pressure rating of 0.4-1MPa, this is a simplified version derived from the mold top-in type. The bent pipe top-in filter is available in standard bag sizes 1, 2, and 4, suitable for handling various acidic, alkaline, and neutral liquids, meeting strict process requirements.
Single-Bag Mold Top-In Type:
Designed with a pressure rating of 0.7-1.6MPa, the mold top-in single-bag filter features a precision cast mold structure, optimized for peak performance. It is one of the most popular and well-received bag filters on the market.
Multi-Bag Filter:
Suitable for high-flow liquid filtration. Available in sizes ranging from 2 to 24 bags, with inlet/outlet diameters from 3" to 18". The maximum flow rate per unit is 90-1080 m³/h. Quick-open designs are available for easy filter bag replacement, making it ideal for long-term usage with less frequent bag changes.
