Bag filters offer the advantages of high flow capacity, long filter bag life, and uniform liquid flow, which ensures that particulate contaminants are evenly distributed across the filter layer. These filters provide high-efficiency filtration at a low cost, with filtration precision ranging from 0.1 to 100 microns.

Filtering capacities (t/h): 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, etc.
Filtration precision (μm): 0.1, 1, 5, 10, 15, 25, 40, 50, 65, 75, 80, 100...1200.

Filtration Principle

During the filtration process, the liquid enters the filter housing through the side inlet and flows into the filter bag from above. The filter bag expands and adheres to the metal mesh wall due to the impact and even pressure of the liquid.

The liquid then flows through the filter bag and the internal metal mesh, completing the filtration process. The impurities trapped by the filter bag remain inside the bag and are removed when the filter bag is replaced or cleaned.
