Pressure Safety
Do not remove the top cover or drain valve while the bag filter housing is under pressure (>0.01 MPa) to avoid injury from fluid ejection.
The operating pressure must not exceed the design limit (typically ≤0.6 MPa).

Protective Equipment
Operators should wear protective gloves and goggles during operation (especially when handling corrosive or irritating materials).
For flammable or explosive materials, anti-static clothing must be worn, and the equipment must be properly grounded (ground resistance ≤4 Ω).

Temperature Safety

When filtering high-temperature materials (>60°C), use heat-resistant gloves to avoid burns.
A high-temperature warning label should be affixed to the equipment surface.

Material Compatibility
The filter bag and sealing ring materials must be compatible with the filtered liquid.
For example, nitrile rubber seals should not be used for strong oxidizing materials — fluoro rubber (FKM) should be used instead — to prevent material degradation and contamination.
