The bag filter is a versatile filtration equipment with novel structure, small size, easy and flexible operation, energy-saving, high efficiency, sealed operation, and strong applicability.

It is a pressure filtration device mainly composed of a filter cartridge body, filter cartridge cover with quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcement mesh, and other main components. The filtrate enters the filter bag from the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The filter bag itself is installed in a reinforced mesh basket, and the liquid permeates through the filter bag of the required precision level, while impurities are intercepted by the filter bag to obtain qualified filtrate.

The bag filter generally adopts a side inlet and side outlet filtration method, but can also adopt a side inlet and bottom outlet configuration. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the filter are mechanically sandblasted and polished for easy cleaning.

The bag filter features a reasonable structure, good sealing, strong fluidity, and easy operation, making it suitable for industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, food, and electroplating.

Coolant circulation filtration, precious metal recovery, filtration of workpiece phosphating solution, cleaning and filtration, ultra-fine grinding rust-proof oil filter element, cutting fluid, oil removal in cleaning fluid.

Food and Beverage Industry:
Filtration of carbon-trapped sugar inks and auxiliary agents, edible oil, filling safety until polishing filter, filtration of various process waters, syrup agents, etc., removal of impurities mixing technology, filtration of suspended matter and sediment in beverages.

Electronics Industry:
In the cooling water filtration industry, it is mainly used to remove impurities from the stable groove of electrolytic copper foil, pure water filter, chemical slurry filtration, circulation filtration of chip grinding wastewater, filtration of PCB printing inks, and copper foil oil film removal filter elements before manufacturing.

Resin Industry:
