The Duplex Bag Filter Housing consists of two cylindrical bodies connected by pipelines, with polished inner and outer surfaces. The filter cartridge inside is equipped with a stainless steel mesh and a mesh support basket. The top is equipped with an air release valve to release air from the filter during filtration. The top cover is connected to the filter cartridge using a quick-opening structure, making it more convenient for cleaning (replacement) of the filter mesh. Three adjustable feet allow the filter to be placed stably on the ground. The pipeline connections can be made with flexible joints or clamps. The inlet and outlet valves use sanitary butterfly valves for opening and closing, which are pressure-resistant, temperature-resistant, flexible, and leak-free for a more hygienic operation.

The entire equipment is made of stainless steel, composed of two cylinders in a single-layer stainless steel welded structure. The inner and outer surfaces are polished, and the top is equipped with an air release valve for venting during operation.
The pipe joints use expanded connections, passing a 0.3MPa water pressure test, and the three-way external thread plug is flexible in opening and closing. The equipment has a compact structure, easy operation, and simple maintenance.
The Duplex Bag Filter Housing uses two three-way ball valves to assemble two single-cylinder filters on one base. When cleaning the filter, there is no need to stop, ensuring continuous operation and making it the preferred filtering device for non-stop production lines. The filter element of this filter, in addition to using stainless steel filter cores, can also use high-quality honeycomb-type degreased fiber cotton to filter out particles above 1μ. The filter can also be used as a single cylinder by removing the common base, with the rest of the components unchanged.
