The Duplex Bag Filter, also known as a Duplex Switching Filter, consists of two stainless steel bag filters connected in parallel or series. The two filters can be used alternately or simultaneously.

Equipped with an air release valve at the top for venting during operation. The Duplex Bag Filter, also known as a parallel switching filter, uses two three-way ball valves to assemble two single-cylinder filters on one base. The filters can be cleaned without stopping, ensuring continuous operation.
Can filter out particles with a diameter of more than 1 micron. For the filter element, high-quality stainless steel filter cores or oil-degreased fiber cotton with honeycomb structure can be used. The filter can also be used as a single cylinder by removing the common base, with all other dimensions unchanged.
The filter bag is equipped with a stainless steel support basket. Three adjustable feet make the filter stable on the ground. The connection pipes use clamp connections with three-way ball valves for inlet and outlet, which are pressure-resistant, temperature-resistant, flexible, convenient to operate, and leak-proof, ensuring hygiene.

Working Principle of Duplex Bag Filter

The suspended liquid is pumped into each sealed filter chamber of the filter. Under the action of working pressure, it is discharged through the outlet, and the filter residue is left in the frame to form a filter cake. The filtrate flows into the filter bag from the side inlet pipe of the filter, and the filter bag itself is placed in a reinforced mesh basket. The liquid permeates through the required fineness grade of the filter bag to obtain qualified filtrate, and impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag.
