The Duplex Bag Filter Housing is made entirely of stainless steel and consists of two cylindrical bodies. It features a single-layer stainless steel welded structure with polished interior and exterior surfaces. The top is equipped with an air release valve to vent air during operation.

The pipeline joints use an expansion connection and have passed a 0.3Mpa water pressure test. The three-way external threaded plug valve operates smoothly. This equipment is compact, easy to operate, and simple to maintain.
The duplex filter employs two three-way ball valves to assemble two single-cylinder filters on a single base. This design allows for cleaning the filters without stopping the operation, ensuring continuous work. It is the preferred filtration device for non-stop production lines. The filter elements can be made of stainless steel filter cores or high-quality honeycomb degreased fiber cotton, capable of filtering particles with diameters larger than 1μm. The filter can also be used as a single-cylinder unit by removing the shared base, with no other changes to the components.
Both the interior and exterior surfaces of the duplex filter are polished. The filter cylinder contains a stainless steel filter screen and a support basket. The top is equipped with an air release valve to discharge air during filtration. The quick-opening structure between the cover and the filter cylinder facilitates easy cleaning and replacement of the filter screen. Three adjustable legs ensure stable placement of the filter on the ground. The pipeline connections use union joints or clamps, while the inlet and outlet valves are operated by three-way ball valves, which are pressure and temperature resistant, flexible, easy to operate, leak-free, and more hygienic.
