How Does a Duplex Bag Filter Work

A Duplex Bag Filter, also known as a Dual-Switching Filter, consists of two stainless steel filter housings connected in parallel.

It offers numerous advantages, such as an innovative and reasonable structure, excellent sealing performance, high flow capacity, and ease of operation.

Working Principle

Each filter housing contains a stainless steel mesh and a support basket. A vent valve is installed at the top to release trapped air from the filter. The cover and housing are connected using a quick-open mechanism, allowing for easy cleaning and filter replacement. Inlet and outlet valves use a three-way ball valve design, which ensures pressure and temperature resistance, flexibility, and convenient operation.
