Filter Machine Structure and Working Principle:

The bag filter is a versatile filtering device with a novel structure, small size, easy operation, energy efficiency, high efficiency, tight sealing, and strong applicability. It is a pressure filter device mainly composed of a cylinder body, cylinder cover, quick-opening structure, stainless steel support filter basket, and other components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the inlet pipe on the side of the filter shell. The filter bag itself is installed in a reinforced mesh basket. The liquid permeates through the filter bag with the required precision level to obtain qualified filtrate, while impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The replacement of filter bags is very convenient, and the filtration process consumes almost no materials.
